Address Accuracy: You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost/Marked Delivered: If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please contact the carrier first and notify us. We’ll help where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement/refund in cases of confirmed delivery.

5) Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Your return/exchange rights are governed by our posted Return Policy (if any) and applicable law.
