OPTION A (Most streetwear brands): ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exception: If you receive the wrong item or a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sale@ybeapparel.com with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

If you want to allow size exchanges only, add this line:

Size exchanges may be available if stock allows. Customer pays return shipping.

OPTION B: REFUNDS/RETURNS ALLOWED (Standard)

If you want to allow refunds, use this instead:

We accept returns within [14/30] days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible:

Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Tags must be attached (if applicable)
Original packaging included
Proof of purchase required

Non-refundable items:

Sale/clearance items
Gift cards
Custom or made-to-order items
Items damaged due to wear, washing, or misuse

How to request a return:

Email sale@ybeapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refund timing:

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Banks may take 3–10 business days to post the refund.

Return shipping:

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless we made an error (wrong/defective item).

Wrong Item / Damaged Item (Works for both options)

If your order arrives wrong or damaged, email sale@ybeapparel.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number
Photos of the item(s) and packaging

We’ll review and provide a resolution.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in being blocked from future purchases.
